Depictions 1 + 2 show both profiles, onto which the longitudinal guides are normally mounted with rollers or M+V guidances.
For making a correct installation the following presuppositions must be existing as an absolute necessity:
1) The area of support must be ground or be milled in a refined way.
2) The parallelisms of the bearing surfaces and seat-engaging surfaces must be corresponding with those of the ERO-longitudinal guides. The angle errors must not be exceeding 0.3 μm per mm.
All longitudinal guides are equipped with fixing bores. The guides can hereby be fixed in two different ways (see depictions 3+4).
